The modular high-power tethered drone power supply system is engineered for industrial multirotor UAVs, providing safe, stable, and long-endurance flight by delivering continuous high-voltage power through a robust tether cable. This cable ensures a reliable power supply and a secure physical link between the UAV and the ground station, eliminating the limitations of battery-based operations.

 

This system includes an airborne power module and a ground-based tethered power station (drone not included), and is available in five configurations. With output capacities up to 30kW, it supports mission altitudes from 120 to 300 meters, making it ideal for applications like firefighting, emergency communications, and security patrols. Each configuration features automatic cable management, adaptive power compensation, and multi-layered safety protections to ensure stable UAV operation in demanding environments.

    Product Introduction

    The system includes models LG55 and LG70 for 3.5kW airborne power, and MJ100–MJ300 stations for 6–20kW airborne units. Ground stations are available in suitcase-type and industrial-grade enclosures, offering compact portability or rugged field use. Designed with adaptive winding/unwinding, real-time monitoring software, and an IP54-rated full aluminum chassis, the system is built to withstand field conditions with military-grade shock resistance.


    ⚠Note: LG55 and LG70 models require 220V input. For regions with 110V mains, a 110V–220V converter is required (not included). Plug current must not exceed 16A. Please confirm local voltage and connector type before deployment.

    Fiber Optic Module Connection
