Official Statement on False Allegations Against Foxtech

Recently, certain institutions and media outlets have published false and unsubstantiated allegations regarding Foxtech.

For more than 15 years, Foxtech has been an active member of the global civilian drone community and a consistent advocate against the military use and weaponization of drones.

The drone images shown in these misleading reports are not designed, manufactured or sold by Foxtech. We have never provided any drone-related products or components for military purposes in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Foxtech’s business is exclusively focused on civilian-grade products. We have publicly and clearly stated for many years that our products are strictly prohibited from military use and from sale to sanctioned or restricted regions. We fully comply with all applicable international treaties, conventions as well as Chinese laws and regulations.

We have lodged formal complaints over these false reports and reserve all legal rights to protect our corporate reputation and legitimate rights and interests.
