Foxtech Provides Industrial Drone Solutions & UAV Payload Systems.
On May 23, 2025, at the Shenzhen stop of the "2025 International Low-Altitude Economy Expo National Roadshow," Jack Fu, Secretary-General of the Low-Altitude Economy Working Committee of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Foxtech Technology Group, delivered a keynote speech titled "Constructing the Low-Altitude Economic Ecosystem." Drawing from global industry trends and enterprise practices, he systematically elaborated on the logic behind building a low-altitude economy ecosystem and showcased Foxtech’s leadership in technological innovation, scenario implementation, and ecosystem co-construction.
In his speech, Jack Fu pointed out that the low-altitude economy is a comprehensive economic model based on airspace below 3,000 meters, encompassing aircraft manufacturing, infrastructure, and application scenarios. It has now entered an ecological development stage characterized by the coordinated advancement of technology, scenarios, policy, and capital.
Regarding the construction of the ecosystem, Jack Fu proposed three core paths:
Technological Integration and Innovation
Promote the deep integration of drones, eVTOLs with 5G, AI, and BeiDou Navigation to build an "air-space-ground integrated" intelligent infrastructure.
Scenario-Based Ecosystem Collaboration
Target the underserved 30–150 km mid-to-short distance transport segment, focusing on high-demand scenarios such as smart cities and emergency rescue, and establish a collaborative mechanism among governments, enterprises, and users.
Industrial Openness and Co-constructionAdvocate for cross-regional industry alliances and standard formulation. The Low-Altitude Economy Working Committee of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce has already attracted over 200 enterprises across the industrial chain, covering R&D, manufacturing, and operations. This fully empowers the collaborative low-altitude economic industry to explore a multi-billion-dollar blue-ocean ecosystem.
Foxtech drives the construction of a global low-altitude economic industry network with technological innovation as the engine:
International Market Expansion
Through 12 global marketing platforms (with over 1 million monthly visits) and a social media matrix of over 500,000 followers, Foxtech has delivered unmanned systems products to more than 50 countries. The company has facilitated international orders for over 800 supply chain enterprises, with Tianjin-based companies accounting for 20%, forming a “Chinese supply chain going global matrix.”
Technological R&D Strength
With over 170 patents (including 8 invention patents) and a 400+ member R&D team, Foxtech collaborates with institutions such as Beihang University and CASIC to develop advanced equipment including high-altitude rescue drones and hydrogen-powered aircraft. Its technological reserves cover cutting-edge fields such as military-civil fusion and smart cities.
Industry Ecosystem Empowerment
Relying on the eight service systems and nine platforms of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce, Foxtech has built six categories of think tank reserves including “databases, product libraries, and project pools,” and created a full-chain service platform that includes “foreign trade marketing, cross-border logistics, and government-enterprise matchmaking.”
In conclusion, Jack Fu emphasized:
"The essence of the low-altitude economy is ecological symbiosis—technology must prove its value through real-world scenarios; scenarios must unlock their potential through policy; and policy must unite through industrial consensus. Foxtech is committed to openness and collaboration, joining hands with global partners to build a new vision of the low-altitude economy characterized by technological integration, industrial synergy, and co-created standards."
