Built upon OpenArm’s modular open-source architecture, Agility A1 features a robust and efficient motor system integrating DAMIAO 43-series and 8009P motors. Each joint — from the shoulder to the end-effector — is optimized to deliver the ideal combination of torque, speed, and smoothness.

The use of cross-roller bearings enhances rigidity and precision in single-side-supported sections, while the DAMIAO 4340 series motors ensure high payload capacity in a compact and elegant design. This thoughtful integration allows Agility A1 to maintain stability, accuracy, and mechanical efficiency during complex movements.

Fully Open-Source for Research and Development

Continuing the OpenArm philosophy of openness and collaboration, Agility A1 offers unrestricted access to:
